Boil Time: 60 minutes

For the Mash:
4.0kg Ale malt
0.8kg Wheat malt
0.2kg Caramalt
0.2kg Carapils
Mash at 65c for 60min and sparge at 74c.

HOPS FOR THE BOIL (60 minute total):
15g Citra (Boil 60min)
15g Centennial (Boil 10min)
15g Citra (Boil 10min)
15g Centennial (Boil 0min)
15g Amarillo (Boil 0min)
10g Citra (Dry Hop)
10g Centennial (Dry Hop)
20g Amarillo (Dry Hop)

US-05, MJ M44 or WY1056 Yeast, ferment as close to 18c as possible.
